Lake Claire is a community centered neighborhood on Atlanta’s eastside. Lake Claire is primarily single family homes, and residents tend to own their home. While there is no body of water within the neighborhood, Lake Claire, named for the intersection of Lakeshore and Claire, does have a non-profit community land trust that hosts activities for residents of the neighborhood such as drum circles, yoga classes, and work days.
