Mechanicsville, named for its history as a hub for mechanics, is located on the lower westside of Atlanta - south of Downtown and west of Peoplestown. The relocation of the Braves and continued development of the westside Beltline has drummed up new interest in Mechanicsville, one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods.

Queen Anne, Victorians, and Craftsmans homes continue to be updated and new luxury housing projects continue to spring up throughout Mechanicsville. The neighborhood is bordered by I20 to the north and 75/85 to the east making access to the rest of Atlanta convenient and easy.
