Ormewood Park

An established Atlanta neighborhood along the Beltline full of new excitement.

Welcome to Ormewood Park

Once one of Atlanta’s hidden-gem, “never-heard-of,” neighborhoods, Ormewood Park continues to rise with the development of the Beltline and other mixed-use commercial spaces. Situated between Grant Park and East Atlanta, this community roots deep into Atlanta’s history, gaining its name from a businessman who added the neighborhood to Atlanta’s trolley system.

With a growing network of new construction single-family homes and condos, Ormewood Park is a family friendly community with some of Atlanta’s most notable public schools. A bedrock of strong community organizing has led Ormewood Park to host one of Atlanta’s hottest new yearly neighborhood festivals. Join the residents of Ormewood Park pushing strollers, hopping on the Beltline and enjoying the heights of new Atlanta.
