SoSo

A new hot neighborhood of West Palm Beach full of mid-century ranches.

Welcome to SoSo!

SoSo, the loving nickname locals have for the Southend neighborhood of West Palm Beach, is a new hot neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Bounded by Southern Boulevard and  the Canal to the north and south, respectively, and Flagler and Dixie to the east and west, Southside is full of mainly mid-century ranch style homes but also features mediterranean villas and newer built ultra-modern mansions.

Sandwiched between The Dixie Corridor and Intercoastal Waterway, SoSo offers the best of both worlds with a revamped section of Dixie Highway full of exquisite antique shopping, fine dining, casual eateries, and cocktail bars and the ability for residents to get out and run, walk or bike alongside the water.
