Kirkwood is a historic streetcar suburb located on Atlanta’s eastside. Neighborhood streets dotted with Craftsman bungalows and Victorian homes surround a charming mainstreet with small town charm. A community-driven commercial oasis with a butcher shop, bakery, post office, police precinct, fire station and public library makes visitors and residents forget they are just minutes from Downtown Atlanta by car or one of two neighborhood MARTA stations. 

With new neighborhood developments planned such as Pullman Yards and expanding the PATH to connect with the Beltline, Kirkwood is an established neighborhood with a growing importance in the future of Atlanta.
